This role would suit someone with experience in an entry-level a 2024 A'level/BTEC leaver who is interested in an HR systems role or an individual currently working in HR who is looking to transition into an HR systems-focused position at an early-career or foundational level.
The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing administration, maintenance, operation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, as well as support our payroll system (ResourceLink) where necessary.
Reporting to the HR Senior Specialist, the HR Specialist will help to ensure the implementation of the company's HR Strategy and to delivr exceptional first class HR service.
