Employee Relations Manager opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in York, North Yorkshire.
In this role you will lead an organisation-wide employee relations (ER) support service that delivers excellent employee experience in a timely, high quality and customer-focused way.
This role is York office based and offers hybrid home working and is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client a young university student, who is looking for a like-minded PAs to provide his personal care and independent living support.

This is an excellent opportunity if you would like to build on your current receptionist experience (ideally within a professional services background) and be part of a small friendly team.
