Position: Registered Nurse (Days & Nights Available)
Location: Wheldrake, YO19
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week,
Salary: £19.40 per hour, paid breaks and enhanced pay on Bank holidays
Time Recruitment is working with an established care provider with a portfolio of care homes across England. I am seeking a Registered Nurse to join their lovely nursing and dementia service based in Wheldrake.
Our client is an award-winning, family-run care provider dedicated to providing top quality care across all their care homes and pride themselves on the communities they have created within their services. Our client has staff development as a top priority, and there are plenty of opportunities on offer for nurses looking to continue their professional development!
The home itself has 44 beds and provides dementia, nursing, and residential care. The home boasts rave reviews on carehome.co.uk and a Good CQC! All shifts are well-staffed, and you will be joining a team of well-trained care and support staff alongside with having additional on-call support. You will also have the support of an experienced management team who have been working for the provider for well over 10 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the well-being of all residents
- Delivering precise clinical care, including medication administration and detailed care planning
- Providing warmth, comfort, and support to residents
- Adhering to NMC standards and the Code of Conduct
- Safeguarding the welfare of both residents and staff
- Effectively leading shifts to ensure optimal care delivery
Requirements:
- A valid NMC Pin
- Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care
