The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Director and provide all aspects of a comprehensive HR support service across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include managing sickness absence, ensuring that Trust Policies are being adhered to, assisting Central Team Managers with employee relations and collating and analysing data.
Provide effective day to day operational HR advice and support to specific managers to enable them to manage their own staff successfully
Working directly for the Company Secretary/Head of HR, the HR Officer will be responsible for providing generalist and advisory HR support to managers and ad hoc project / administrative work as required.
