The Human Resources team is responsible for contributing to the development of people strategy, through close cooperation with business leaders and a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures.

We are currently recruiting for a HR assistant to join a modern and progressive tech firm based in the Birmingham City Centre!
Reporting to the head of HR, you will provide HR administrative support to all employees in the business and be involved with the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, inductions, maintaining HR records, people data and supporting recruitment.
This role offers hybrid (2days in office), flexible working hours, and offering up to 31k a year with excellent benefits!
Previous experience within HR is essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to work, if this sounds like you then this may be the role for you!
