HR Assistant

An exciting opportunity to work as a HR assistant for a tech company based in Birmingham City Centre has just become available! Previous experience within HR is essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills and a methodical approach to work, if this sounds like you then this may be the role for you! This role is hybrid (2 days in office), has parking on site and a salary of up to 31k!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will primarily focus on recruitment, onboarding, inductions, maintaining HR records and supporting with recruitment. Your role will also involve providing first line advice relating to HR, streamlining HR processes, implementing improvements, distributing CV's to hiring managers, drafting contracts, handling all compliance information, using the HR systems and processing employee lifestyle changes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background, be comfortable working effectively as part of a team and having a can-do approach towards work, you will also possess excellent IT skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
