We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR professional to work as part of a large team providing comprehensive HR service to managers.
You will be supporting and working with managers across departments with proactive HR advice and guidance on a range of employer-relations case work and potentially supporting change, redundancy, restructuring and consultation.
Initial temporary contract to End of August 2024 but with scope for a longer-term contract to March 2025.

Main Responsibilities
To provide advice and support on all types of case work including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence management and capability from preliminary advisory stages to formal stages.
From handling day-to-day inquiries to supporting employee relations and learning initiatives, you'll be an integral part of our HR team.
As you will be working within the Human Resources and Personnel department you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and guidance on HR processes and procedures.
