Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced HR Advisor to join their ever-expanding team at their new manufacturing site.
The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding HR guidance to their busy production team.
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

The role requires a detailed, focused individual who has the goals and mission of the organisation at the heart of everything they do.
The role will report to the Employment and Skills Director, but will interact with managers and staff across the whole organisation and will create reports on the area of responsibility for both Senior Management and Governance meetings.
This is a newly created role which is pivotal to the success of the business.
