Morgan Philips is searching for a HR Director with experience of setting up a new HR function in a manufacturing/ industrial environment for a 6 month contract paying up to £90,000pa plus £5k bonus.
This position will start ASAP so only those who are immediate or available on short notice will be considered.
The role will eventually be hybrid based in Nottingham but will initially be 100% remote.
Experienced officer required to take collection/enforcement action on current and former tenant rent arrears, as well as providing general guidance to tenants on the management of their rent accounts.
The role will require the successful candidate to be based in the Clients offices, along with visiting tenants in their homes, in an attempt to address their arrears situation, along with representing the clientin the County Court for possession proceedings.

To be responsible for managing and supervising a team of qualified social workers delivering a range of services to safeguard vulnerable children and promote good outcomes for children in need and protection working within the legislative and statutory planning frameworks, Government Guidance, the City Council's core values and strategic aims, and the Service's policies and procedure.
To manage the overall workload within the team, ensuring an effective contribution to local and national performance indicators for children's services as well as the achievement of Service targets and standards, using information technology and management information as necessary and conduct case audits.
