My client, a hospital in East Grinstead, are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to support managers on operational issues and help implement new strategies for their medical and non-medical staff.
We are seeking two HR Officer with a focus on employee relations to join the HR & Training team at Greater London Authority.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence, and will support line managers in line with relevant ER policies.
Day to day of the role
Provide advice on the application of HR Policy, including disciplinary, resolution, sickness absence, and other employment issues.
Act as the first port of contact for HR queries from internal staff members, answering routine queries and forwarding more complex cases.
Lead on the coordination of recruitment processes for new staff, including liaising with managers about their requirements and best practice, scheduling interviews, and posting job adverts.
General
This well-respected independent government body is looking to recruit an HR Administrator to oversee aspects of the organisation's recruitment functions, as well as offering support to the close-knit HR team with other essential operations including L&D operations.
Working within the Human Resources Team, you will be supporting the Head of Employee Relations with a host of daily admin support tasks, including updating the ER portal, HR admin duties around new starters, leavers etc, and will also be asked to attend and take notes at HR meetings and employee grievance cases.
To be successful in this placement you will need previous work experience in an HR or ER role, be flexible to needs of the business, have a great work ethic, and be able to hit the ground running.
This is a full time temporary placement working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, and the booking will be reviewed after approximately 3-4 months.
