The role of the HR Operations Assistant is to provide high level administrative support to the HR Advisory Team and ensuring that employees adhere to the Company's policies and procedures and compliant with employment law.
You will need HR knowledge across all Industries to ensure compliance for that sector.
To work as part of the Documentation team where you will be responsible for advising clients nationwide, creating and updating employment documentation, ensuring documents are well written, in line with legislation and produced to a high quality.
This service will primarily be delivered through a digital platform, Teams as well as by telephone when required.

Providing an efficient and effective HR advisory service supporting, but not limited to, the management of health and wellbeing and attendance, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance matters, organisational change (including redeployment and redundancy programmes) and employee relations - acting as the key point of contact on issues and casework.
