Payroll & Benefits Specialist - 12 Month FTC - Hybrid Working - £45,000 Fantastic Benefits We are working with a well established Financial Services business that are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join them on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This could also be suited for someone who has exposure in Payroll & Benefits and is looking to kick start their career in Reward, Benefits and Payroll. About the role Processing the payroll, benefits and pensions with the Payroll Manager Support with Benefits administration and the renewal process Aid in the management and enhancement of compensation and benefit programs through precise analysis and reporting. Support in ensuring that salary and benefits packages align accurately with the company's brand and strategic positioning, encompassing both expatriate packages and local staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits across the organization. Handle general administration tasks related to company benefits. Assist in benchmarking salaries and furnishing annual salary review data for senior management. Develop familiarity with company pension schemes and contribute to their administration and technical aspects. Contribute to the execution of the annual salary review process and the ongoing management of salary and benefits budgets. Utilize the HR system to generate information. Whats on offer?
