This well-respected independent government body is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to provide effective support to the organisation, advising managers and employees on HR processes relating to the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor
Provide effective guidance on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and absence management.
Support the recruitment function end-to-end including sourcing candidates directly and in conjunction with agencies, and supporting interview processes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day HR service provision, collaborating with the academy's People Business Partner and Centralized People Support Service.
Are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant; to start asap on an ongoing Temp contract.
The role is with one of our clients based in London Bridge, an exciting location - near to Borough Market- paying £32,000 per annum £18-20an hour- based on 35 hours a week; Hybrid working.
