HR Coordinator

Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in North London who are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a temp to permanent basis.

This role is hybrid, so travel into the office will be required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

HR/ MERGER SUPPORT

  • Assisting the HR BP and Shared Services teams with data cleansing exercises, including purging of electronic employee files and other records.
  • Familiarising yourself with the Workday HR management information system and running reports as and when required.
  • Making corrections and additions to the Workday system from the data cleansing spreadsheet and as advised by the HRSS and HRBP teams.
  • Sorting out the personnel files in SharePoint moving leavers to leavers and putting the correct retention date on the files etc.
  • Ensuring that all folders have the correct sub folders, and everything is where it should be. There are also historical pdf documents that need separating out into the correct folders.

MANAGING WORKLOAD

  • Planning and conducting your core areas of responsibility.
  • Effectively monitoring and managing your own wellbeing through debriefing and discussions with your manager and colleagues
  • Keeping up to date with organisational developments.

GENERAL

  • Representing Richmond Fellowship in a professional and approachable manner when communicating with internal and external, colleagues, particularly those from Humankind, and acting as an ambassador for the organisation in all you do.
  • Championing all aspects of diversity and inclusion at all times within your role; helping others feel included and supported.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider company People merger team on an ad hoc basis.
  • Undertaking such tasks as deemed appropriate within the post holder's competence as required by your line manager.

LIAISON, COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with managers across the business, working with them to provide a professional, timely and appropriate people and organisation development service.
  • Work closely with colleagues in People and Organisation Development to ensure delivery of an integrated people management service and an accurate transfer of information between parties.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, SUPERVISION & DEVELOPMENT

  • Participate in regular support and supervision from line manager.
  • Maintain own continuing professional development, participating in both external training and internal project led opportunities working with colleagues with POD.
  • Attend and participate in regular team and other meetings, both internal and external.
