The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will provide first line HR advice and support to employees and managers and will be the first point of contact for providing efficient, responsive and reliable advice for all general HR enquires.
The post holder will be required to identify, action, and follow up on queries of an internal and external nature-requiring expertise, knowledge and analysis of any problem and knowing when to escalate to the Senior ER Advisors.
The post holder will have complete autonomy for managing their own time and diary commitments and lead on the management of complex sickness related absence cases for the organisation.
Advising managers on all Employee Relations issues.

You will be part of a team of 6 ER Advisors, reporting into the ER Manager and supporting stakeholders in a large/matrix organisation.
