Job Title: Human Resources Director (Part-Time)
Hours: 4 days a week (flexible working available)
Salary: Circa £75k pro rata + perks (25 days holiday, pension, private health optional)
Location: South London

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Director to join a rapidly expanding, internationally renowned design agency. With over 30 years of experience, this agency crafts brands that dominate retail shelves globally, guiding clients through evolving consumer behaviours. Their comprehensive, 360° design-to-artwork services offer a seamless and efficient global approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function, including onboarding, training, and inspiring team members.
  • Drive national and international talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient, GDPR compliant, and aligned with ISO/H&S standards.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the senior leadership team to meet business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, and ensure compliance with UK/US/EU employment laws.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process and drive direct hiring methods.
  • Create and manage HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the HR budget, ensuring alignment with training and operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.
  • Experience creating international recruitment channels, ideally in the UK/EU and the US.
  • Proactive in improving recruitment and finding suitable high calibre candidates for all sectors within the agency in the UK/EU & the US.
  • Strong leadership experience, managing HR in a company of 70+ employees.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and ability to handle sensitive HR matters.
  • Experience in employee engagement and delivering training is highly desirable.
