As a HR People Advisor you will provide professional and comprehensive Employee Relations support for all managers and employees across the business, aligned with the H&T values and culture, ensuring a fair and consistent approach across the business to enhance employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
Advise and Support: Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on all employee relations, ensuring decisions align with company values, policies, and legal requirements, including advice from external service providers (Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health).
Case Management: Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and wellbeing, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
