Client Details Our client is a not-for-profit organisation based in Weybridge, maintaining a significant presence in the charity sector with several hundred employees. They are dedicated to fostering a positive impact on society and are renowned for their high-quality services. Description The key responsibilities for the HR and Recruitment officer are: Develop and implement recruitment strategies Coordinate and conduct interviews for potential candidates Ensure all HR operations comply with legal requirements Manage employee relations and address issues in a timely manner Conduct training sessions for staff development Manage HR databases and employee records Prepare regular reports for senior management Participate in organisational planning and development meetings Profile A successful HR and Recruitment Officer should have: A degree in Human Resources or related field Proficiency in HR software and databases Strong understanding of recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience in a not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous Job Offer On offer to the successful HR and Recruitment officer is: An estimated salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Competitive holiday leave An opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment A chance to contribute to meaningful projects in the not-for-profit sector Opportunities for professional development
