The key responsibilities for the HR and Recruitment officer are:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and conduct interviews for potential candidates
- Ensure all HR operations comply with legal requirements
- Manage employee relations and address issues in a timely manner
- Conduct training sessions for staff development
- Manage HR databases and employee records
- Prepare regular reports for senior management
- Participate in organisational planning and development meetings
Profile
A successful HR and Recruitment Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in HR software and databases
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
