A committed HR and Recruitment Officer is required to join our human resources team, bringing a proactive approach to managing recruitment and HR operations in our not-for-profit Education and training organisation.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR and Recruitment officer are:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for potential candidates
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with legal requirements
  • Manage employee relations and address issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct training sessions for staff development
  • Manage HR databases and employee records
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Participate in organisational planning and development meetings

Profile

A successful HR and Recruitment Officer should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in a not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous
