As a Regional HR Advisor, you'll hold a key role in delivering HR support and guidance across a number of sites, ensuring swift resolution of all people-related issues. This is a temporary role, with the opportunity to be made permanent. Client Details My client are a leading organisation who operate in the Healthcare sector. Description Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a diverse range of HR and ER matters, in collaboration with external ER advisory support Management of a varied portfolio of ER casework, and taking the lead on more complex cases Offer advice, coaching, and guidance on all HR matters Build strong relationships with site managers and key stakeholders Contribute to the development of people policies and procedures Ensure alignment with legislative requirements Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives Drive HR compliance matters across the organisation Profile Must be CIPD qualified Strong background in ER casework Excellent knowledge of Employment Law Excellent communication skills Full driving licence and access to own vehicle Hybrid working role - mainly home-based with occasional travel to some sites Job Offer Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Hybrid working - 60% home-based, 40% site-based (regional) Temporary to permanent opportunity
