Mission Foods are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team.
You will also work closely with the HR team and relevant departments to facilitate the onboarding process, including ensuring new hires complete their induction programs and assist in the facilitation of future training.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and maintain their high standards of excellence.
The role will report to the Employment and Skills Director, but will interact with managers and staff across the whole organisation and will create reports on the area of responsibility for both Senior Management and Governance meetings.
