Reed HR are supporting a global organisation, that specialises in providing health and employment services, to recruit 2x HRBP's on a 3-month interim (potential to be longer) basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The role of HRBP is to support the business and be a trusted partner with key stakeholders. The HRBP will support the operational business and work closely with the senior Operations leadership Team and operational managers to drive improvement in manager capability and the delivery of key people metrics which support the overall business objectives. The role will work closely with our HR Advisory partner & legal partner to drive consistency and ensure ER cases are effectively managed. Key objectives of the role are to drive improvement in manager capability, reduction in absence and attrition and improvement in case duration. The HRBP will work closely with centralised HR functions - Policy and Projects, Recruitment, T&D, Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and HRBP colleagues in other divisions. Deliver a consistent approach to HR matters across the business Lead and manage complex ER cases, early conciliation and tribunal process Have a real curiosity and desire to understand the business to formulate plans to ensure the HR function effectively supports the operational objectives in driving improvements in engagement, absence and attrition Work with external stakeholders to share progress on key projects and workstreams Share best practice and learnings with internal stakeholders to enhance HR knowledge across the business Accountable for ensuring HR process delivered and time scales are adhered to and complied with - performance management process, pay review process, annual leave carryover etc. Work with internal stakeholders to implement and drive business initiatives Identify and develop succession planning and talent within the business Lead on key organisational change projects Qualifications/Experience CIPD qualified Ability to travel, car owner Operated at a similar level in a multisite business Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and HR Systems Ability to project manage Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse, interpret & present data
HR Administrator Manchester Airport Temporary role until November 2024 £23,000 - £25,000 per annum Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join our client based near Manchester Airport on a temporary basis until November 2024. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience working in a HR Administration capacity or looking for their first role in HR. Working as part of a busy HR shared services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by managing administrative tasks, ensuring the HRIS system is kept up to date, and contributing to an exceptional employee experience. Your day-to-day duties will include: Provide administrative support to the business, including managing employee records and maintaining the HRIS. Ensuring employee life cycle events are updated correctly on the HRIS system such as Leave and Salary Changes Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information. Issue documentation as requested by the business, for example changes to contracts Ensure accurate information is fed to the Payroll team About you: Experience working in a similar HR Admin role OR proven track record working in a similar administrative capacity and a desire to transition into HR Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Ability to work at pace in a busy environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive and proactive attitude This is a temporary role until November 2024 with a rate equivalent to £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.
