The post holder will provide Human Resources support and day to day advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and employment law to managers and employees ensuring that council policies and procedures are followed appropriately.
The post holder will carry out analysis and interpretation of different types of data from a variety of sources and produce management information as required using the metrics to proactively identify issues, trends and effective solutions.

Experience required

It will be essential to have experience of a full range of employment relations issues in your previous employment, and be able to work independently (with advice and supervision), in dealing with the full range of HR/disciplinary issues.
