Our client, specialists in the educational sector, are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting staff wellbeing, managing recruitment, and ensuring the school's HR policies are aligned with best practice and current legislation.
Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager
Process and manage staff attendance, co-ordinate the school's Leave of Absence scheme, and administer the annual leave and maternity/paternity leave policies.
