Job Title - Senior HR Consultant - Recruitment Location - Nottingham NG2 Contract - Temp 12 weeks Hours - 37 Role summary - This company is seeking a Senior HR Consultant - Recruitment to provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activities within directorates and across the council, including all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies. The successful candidate will proactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles using a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidates. They will support and deliver on a range of corporate talent acquisition and resourcing activity as described below. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise and support with recruitment and talent acquisition activities Deliver on a range of corporate talent acquisition and resourcing activity Proactively work to attract, source and recruit to a range of executive and hard to fill roles Use a range of different and innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidates Support all elements of strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior HR Consultant - Recruitment Excellent knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies Ability to attract, source and recruit for executive and hard to fill roles Experience using a range of innovative approaches and tools to attract and recruit appropriate candidates Ability to support strategic resourcing, employability initiatives and retention and reward strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software CIPD qualified (desirable) If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
