This role includes a variety or reception based tasks as well as maintaining the facilities in the building.

You will
Successful and timely delivery of end to end procurement projects, including (but not limited to) producing procurement documentation, assistance with specification development, dealing with clarification requests, developing meaningful and realistic KPIs that accurately measure expectations and standards and evaluating tender responses.
To support the Executive Director and Directorate Management Team to ensure the delivery of best value and continuous improvement in services and implementation of best practice.
To recognise and contribute to issues which cut across directorates and portfolios.
