Personal Assistant

Berry Recruitment are looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a local authority based in central Southampton on a 3 month contract (possible extension).

Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 with a hourly pay rate of £13.79.

Hybrid working may be available and will be discussed with manager at interview.

The main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Executive PA to support senior managers.

Main Duties:

  • Provide PA support to executive PA and senior management
  • Inbox and diary management
  • Arrange and attend director meetings
  • Taking correct notes at management meetings
  • Respond to queries by telephone, email or in person
  • Collation and preparation of presentation materials

Candidate Requirements:

  • PA experience is desirable
  • Administration experience is essential
  • IT skills - experience using Microsoft Office
  • Working within a team
  • Attention to detail
