Recruitment Partner - Remote Working Self Employed ( Please not this is a commission only position ) Humphrey & Kirk are recruiting for a Recruitment Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in recruitment, estate agency, or customer service. This individual should be an excellent communicator and have the ability to form relationships with both clients and candidates quickly and effectively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to maintain an effective recruitment process Understand client requirements and match them with suitable candidates Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience and qualifications Write job descriptions for open roles and advertise them appropriately Liaise with clients to ensure candidates meet the requirements Maintain an up to date database of potential candidates Provide advice to candidates on how to improve their CVs and job applications Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates Negotiate salaries and contracts with successful candidates Requirements Previous experience in recruitment, estate agency, and customer service ideally Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent IT skills Benefits Fully remote - working from home What are you waiting for?
