This is an entry-level position, suited for a proactive individual with a passion for people and process coordination. Description Assist in the recruitment process by creating job adverts, screening applications, and organising interviews. Manage employee records and update them as necessary. Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development. Assist in performance management processes. Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. Undertake tasks around performance management. Profile Previous experience as a HR Officer Previous experience with compliance Familiarity with social media recruiting. Understanding of HRMS and other HR software. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
