My client is a large production organisation based in Wolverhampton who are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent HR Officer to join our human resources department. This is an entry-level position, suited for a proactive individual with a passion for people and process coordination.

Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by creating job adverts, screening applications, and organising interviews.
  • Manage employee records and update them as necessary.
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.

Profile

  • Previous experience as a HR Officer
  • CIPD Level 3 desirable
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Sound decision-making and organisational skills.
  • Can commute to Wolverhampton
