Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by creating job adverts, screening applications, and organising interviews.
- Manage employee records and update them as necessary.
- Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
Profile
- Previous experience as a HR Officer
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Sound decision-making and organisational skills.
- Can commute to Wolverhampton
