Operating across the UK, they are particularly strong in both London and Leeds, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Description Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the company. Foster relationships with recruitment agencies and other potential sources of candidates. Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles. Coordinate and manage the interview and selection process. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Participate in employer branding activities to promote the company as an employer of choice within the property industry. Profile A successful Recruitment Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. End to end recruitment understanding Proven experience in managing the recruitment function within a company. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recruitment challenges. Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
