An exciting opportunity has come in for a HR Projects Specialist to assist in my clients' current projects they are undertaking in order to improve the HR function.
This role will also entail a lot of admin work so will require someone who is happy to roll there sleeves up and get the projects completed.
This will be a contract role for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months and will be fully office based, 5 days a week in the central London office.

The project will be working on shaping, structuring, and delivering a new HR System / Service implementation for their high-profile project which is UK and US based.
A leading London Market Insurance business based in the UK are looking to hire a Project Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend.
We are recruiting for an HR Change Project Manager to work with a well known cultural organisation based in London for an initial contract period of 6 months.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will liaise with the HR Business Partners to oversee the smooth running of the project, ensuring a consistency of approach, pulling together the detail and programme managing the change.
Ideally you will have some understanding of working within a public sector/ non-profit context and have lead complex redundancy programmes previously.
Our client, a British independent record label, is seeking a HR Manager to work with senior leadership in a business partnering.
Key responsibilities will include: Collaborating extensively with the HR Lead and senior leadership to deliver effective HR support to staff in the UK and smaller groups in the EU and US (staff population surpasses sixty people).
The position is being offered as a six-month part-time contract, which is three days a week with some scope to work remotely.
We are working with a London Council to find an experienced HR Consultant to take on a project type role which amongst other things will require you to carry out a cleanse of the organisations legacy terms and conditions and identify any issues that could relate to contractual matters.
Its expected that this will be around 6 months work that requires someone with a strong HR background perhaps at HR Manager / Head of HR level that can influence other departments, such as Payroll, with any changes or actions that need to be taken.
Its a really important piece of work to lead on that will have an organisation wide impact.
Proactively manage and oversee the implementation of complex CRM systems, such as Salesforce, working with colleagues across the institution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs.
