Duties
Managing a skilled team of construction project engineers, construction project delivery site managers & skilled construction trade installation teams as required (employed & subcontract).
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring and conflict resolution.

In addition, employee training, mentoring & coaching programming, policy development, recruitment as well as digital platforms is included within the role.

This is a full time, permanent role based at our client's office in Balborough initially, then you will split your time between clients, the office and remote working.
