I am working with a reputable and well established organisation who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team.
This is an operational and transactional role focusing on training, developing and coaching the junior HR team and also working closely with key stakeholders, Senior Leadership Team and Managers within the business.
This role is hybrid working after the first 6 months & involves an element of travel where all expenses and travel costs will be covered.
This will be a true generalist role reporting into the HR Manager and it is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a busy and fast paced HR function.
