Job title: HR Generalist
Location: Manchester
Salary: up to £42k
This role is hybrid working after the first 6 months & involves an element of travel where all expenses and travel costs will be covered.
I am working with a reputable and well established organisation who are looking for a HR Generalist to join their team. This is an operational and transactional role focusing on training, developing and coaching the junior HR team and also working closely with key stakeholders, Senior Leadership Team and Managers within the business. Competencies for this role include Employment Law, confidence in creating new ideas and ways of working as well as confidence in delivering advice on ER cases.
