Key responsibilities
Case Management: Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and wellbeing, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
Advise and Support: Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on all employee relations, ensuring decisions align with company values, policies, and legal requirements, including advice from external service providers (Employee Assistance Programme and Occupational Health).
