You will be responsible for: Oversee the induction process for new employees joining the business. Responsible for onboarding and coordinating Occupational Health. Manage absenteeism, probation, and performance processes. Ensure HR systems and administration are maintained and up to date. Handle grievance and disciplinary investigations.
