This is a proactive, varied and busy role, providing organisational, administrative and general HR support across all our divisions, representing the HR team, supporting employees and building relationships with managers and teams.
Working closely with our HR professionals, the successful candidate will contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of our HR department and providing an outstanding service to our clients.
Acting as the first port of call for internal HR queries, you will support human resource admin activities within the employee lifecycle for UCC UK and Ireland.
Working in partnership with the HR team and local management, developing and providing communications, procedural knowledge and guidance on a wide range of HR related topics and systems.
The Role
Respond and manage the shared HR inbox in a professional and timely manner, taking accurate messages and using own initiative to resolve requests, escalating important information or updates.
HR Business Partners fulfill a client-facing role, involving playing an integral part in the employee relations area of an organisation, working at a strategic and an operational level, and driving business initiatives.
Take the lead to deal with critical issues and problems as they arise for client projects and retained solutions that include: Absence management, Disciplinary & Grievances, Settlements & Exits, Dispute resolution, Mediation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Crisis Management, Employment Law, HR advice, Health & Safety, Strategy & Planning, Management, and Employee relations.

Develop people strategies/plans that help drive business performance.
Do you have at least 2 years working within HR and a broad experience of day-to-day HR operations?
You will be a sole point of contact on site for all day-to-day HR queries and will have the support of the wider group HR, working alongside an experienced HR BP.
The successful candidate will have experince of working as a HR Assistant or HR administration with experience of working within a similar fast paced, office environment where you will have successfully managed a varied workload.

Our client is relocating from Sevenoaks Kent to London in September 2024, This role will commence working in the Sevenoaks Office and then move to London.
