Reporting to the HRBP Manager, the consultant helps implement people plans to improve performance, collaborating with the parent company, and HR Shared Services.
Their primary focus is on supporting the project delivery, located mainly in London and Essex on a hybrid basis.
Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients; to ensure compliance and determine their HR operational and strategic needs, delivering services in line with agreed SLA's as a HR Consultant.
