This is an exciting opportunity for an immediate candidate to undertake a temp to perm candidate to get wider exposure to HR in an evolving and changing organisation where they can grow their knowledge and develop their skillset.
What will the HR Assistant role involve
Prepare the consultation packs and confidential documents for restructure programmes;.

To support the HR Business Partners in the implementation of appropriate HR and OD interventions that support employee engagement and improve performance outcomes.
To provide first level professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies.
There will also be adhoc travel to our Taunton office required on occasion (covered by expenses.)
This role will require regular travel to offices across the South East, including Billiercay, South Ockendon, Stevenage & Eastleigh, as well as weekly presence within your 'home' office base (depending on location.)
This is a great HR Administrator role working for a large school/college, it is busy and rewarding, covering an ongoing period until a permanent appointment is made.
You will have the opportunity to apply for the permanent role, or can just treat it as interim.
