To manage an HR administrative and advisory function to ensure the smooth operation of the HR service to schools through the HR and Payroll Traded Service SLA.
This HR Manager role requires a strategic, hands-on professional to lead the HR function, supporting senior leaders in creating a motivated, flexible, and effective workforce.
