They are now looking to add a HR Business Partner to their small HR team, to work with the management team to work strategically to develop and implement policies and initiatives.

This really is a rare opportunity for you to make this role your own, to further develop with the support of an inclusive and diverse business who recognise their staff is at the very core of everything they do.

The package is great too, with a salary of £45,000 a performance related bonus and the usual pension, healthcare, and life insurance.

You will be involved in all things HR which will include:

About you:

You will already be working within a generalist HR role; we would also love you to have:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Exceptional business awareness
  • A strategic approach
  • An excellent communicator
  • Confident analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
