Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified, you will ideally have previous experience of working within an HR function, have strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and understand how to prioritise the demands of this busy role.
This role is office based and will support both the HR and Payroll functions and play an integral part in the successful delivery of an HR service to the organisation.
R13 are currently supporting a well-known utilities service in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Norwich team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis, working nights on a 4 on 4 off rota, 8pm - 8am starting ASAP.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, answering emails whilst providing advice and resolving problems at every level.
The offered salary for this opportunity is £12.31 per hour (£26,874 per annum).
