Avocet Commercial Careers is recruiting for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a dynamic and fast growing HR and People team in Plymouth on an interim basis for up to 2 months.
You will be joining the team at a particularly busy time where you will be providing administrative support across the full HR function.
You will already have exnteisive administrative experience, ideally within HR/Recruitment, and you will be able to start quickly to join the team for the next few months as they recruit in to this role permanently.
One of Plymouth's modern and ambitious employers is looking to hire an HR Officer / Manager to oversee and run their HR function, for circa 80 employees.
The role will naturally include managing all the typical HR processes and practices, including recruiting for the firm, training and onboarding of new staff, benefits and retention, as well as managing holiday, sickness and maternity / paternity.
The role is a strategic and pivotal role in the business and this person will have influence and input into the day-today HR issues within the firm.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised individual to fill the role of Administrator on a temporary basis (approx 3 months).
This position is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling various administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Day-to-day of the role
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
