The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Director and will work fluently alongside 3 Accounts personnel and receptionist creating a close knit team.

An opportunity for an HR professional with a strong employee relations skill set for a regional Employer Relations Partner role working across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, South, South West and London but on a hybrid basis with the ability to travel to sites when needed across the region, potentially 1 day per month.
A key member of the wider People team, the Employee Relations Partner is responsible for supporting the delivery of professional people service across all region's within directorates.
