Full-time, permanent role based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Are you an HR professional looking for you next step? Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will provide administrative support to the HR team, helping to ensure the smooth running of the people management of the firm. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Managing the administration of the employee life cycle; preparing, distributing and collating the required documents and contracts Assisting in general HR communications and administration, including email monitoring and management Preparing the onboarding of new starters, and processing any leavers Recruitment responsibilities, including managing the posting and advertising of jobs Assisting in the delivery of HR plans, projects and initiatives Other HR administrative duties when required Prospective applicants must have previous experience working in administration within a professional services environment, ideally within HR. Applicants must be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive working as part of a team.
