Day to Day of the role
Support new employees through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and being a point of contact.

To lead and inspire the People Operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Employee Relations and Compliance - Conduct employee relations activities, including disciplinary and Appeal meetings, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
