As a result of rapid growth and a considerable increase in headcount, there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team on a part time basis.
Working hours can be flexible to suit however as the business works on a hybrid home / office model, there will be a requirement to be in the Bletchley, (Milton Keynes) office on Mondays and Thursdays (although not necessarily full time).

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to joining our clients busy team in Milton Keynes.
You will also work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice, Effectively maintaining accurate employee information manually or in a Human Resources Information System.
You will work in partnership with leaders and line managers in relation to sourcing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR systems and data management across multiple countries.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in partnering with the Regional Sales Lead, providing support, coaching, and influencing managers on new policies and processes.
