A newly created role within the business, you will be responsible for full HR support of an employee base of around 60 staff.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about growing and developing a HR function, as well as working commercially and strategically to support in aligning a people strategy to the overall business strategy.
Actively manage all employee performance ensuring that good performance is recognised and poor performance is managed.
Support a team in the delegating of workload, be flexible and reactive when managing breaks, absence and supervising the activities of the day to day operational needs of the business.
To support and conduct all relevant employee relations meetings to include investigation, disciplinary and grievance.
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the leadership teams to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance and address operational challenges.
Your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development and managing change.
You will have experience of operating as a strategic and operational Business Partner - building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
