We are looking for an HR Manager who can ensure a highly effective and consistent HR service is provided to all colleagues, senior leaders and support staff within a varied and busy role.
As well as providing effective HR advice and guidance you will manage and oversee the recruitment, selection and induction processes alongside the HR team.
The role
Effectively apply and review HR policies and procedures.
Lead, motivate and develop the HR team and function including our staffing and resources manager, Staffing and Resources Manager, HR officer and L&D Officer.
Lead on all HR operational functions including payroll, benefits, administration, HR management system, hr compliance, and employee relations.
Work with the Director of HR to deliver the aims of the Strategic Equality Plan, ensuring that all areas of the organisation embrace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
As a HR Manager you will be responsible for the effective development, maintenance and management of the clients HR Procedures and Policies.
To administer and co-ordinate HR Policies & Procedures
Ensuring that Managers and employees are supported within the business and HR Activities are carried out in line with the most up to date legislation guidance.
